| This apartment, accessed by lift, is on the fourth floor of a modern building
and enjoys stunning views of the entire Bay of Pollensa. The open plan
living/dining area is very light and is furnished to a high standard. A well-designed hatch connects to a good-sized modern kitchen with all conveniences including dishwasher. There is an adjoining utility room with washing machine. There are two spacious twin bedrooms with very pleasant furnishings, which are on a separate corridor along with the bathroom. The joy of this apartment is that all the rooms including bedrooms have a magnificent sea view. The main room has satellite TV. There is also a large and well-furnished balcony.
