| This apartment is very well situated just behind the famous Illa D'Or hotel and
some 100 metres from the beach. It is an attractive apartment and its
stunning roof terrace makes it a special property. The accommodation consists of a large living/dining room designed for comfort but with real style. The large balcony makes it light and bright and the view is onto the mountains. The main room has central heating/air conditioning, but there is also a log fire. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a separate utility room. The living room has TV and a DVD player. There are three bedrooms - a double, and two twin rooms (one of which is bunk beds). They have good storage space and are attractively furnished. There are two bathrooms. Stairs lead from the outside to a very large private roof terrace which houses a magnificent barbecue area. It has a large dining area and all the facilities for soaking in the sun. It also has a shower. The views all round, whether you look towards the Bay of Pollensa or back into the Boquer mountains, are stunning. There is a lift to the apartment which is on the second floor.
