| Can Venzala is a characterful rustic property. It is situated in a prestigious area called La Font, not far off the main Pollensa - Puerto Pollensa road, and is within very easy reach of both these towns. The house can take a party of up to four or five. Reached down a private drive, it is surrounded by fields and has
good views to the mountains. With a pretty garden area and terrace, but no pool, Can Venzala suits those who want a quiet and peaceful base. From the outside this old "finca" may look small, but inside it is surprisingly spacious. There is a very large sitting area with fireplace, and also a sizeable dining area. With its whitewashed walls, beamed ceilings and very comfortable furnishings, the house is typical of an old Majorcan country property, and it is easy to relax and feel at home here. Off to the far right of this main room is a large twin bedroom with wardrobe and typical Majorcan drapes. To the left of the main room is a corridor out to the patio. The kitchen is on the left, with a number of original features. On the right of this corridor is a new bathroom and then another large twin bedroom, complete with built in wardrobe and elegant furniture. The views from the house are impressive, and attractive light gets into all its rooms. The patio area is spacious, with its own dining table, and has a built-in barbecue at one end.
